Did anyone notice that I accidentally published what was supposed to be today’s post on Wednesday? Oh well. Instead, I’ll tell you about what I’ve done with all my stickers, stamps, and ephemera that were taking over the craft room.
In July, I went to a scrapbook convention, where I learned about something called a ScrapRack. The woman behind it, Tiffany, was at the convention and so she showed me all about this system she invented to organize absolutely every supply (ribbons, stamps, paper, etc.) you have on hand.
There are pockets and pages of every size imaginable that fit into these velcro-backed 3-ring sections.
Dividers help to section off groups of supplies.
And it totally works! I wanted a butterfly for something I was working on and knew exactly where to find all things butterfly. Cool, eh? The ScrapRack website has loads of tutorials too. It has been so nice to have everything in one place.
I also have taken lots of dabbers and inks off of my desk area by organizing them into dividable drawer units. Easy.
And finally, I have often-used paints on their own shelf close by. (Yes, sorted by the rainbow spectrum.)
In case you are wondering, I do the same in my closet. What can I say?

Total envy, here. I love that unit, but I have WAAAAAAAAAAY too much stuff to fit into one. Or two. Or even three. It seems perfectly obvious that I need to reduce my inventory, but the chances of that happening are slim and none. Yes. My name is Janet, and I’m a craft supply hoarder. This is awesome, Naomi! Wish I was as organized as you are! Looking forward to a lovely Fall weekend. Eric has it all planned out for us to do some tree trimming and such, which I guess I don’t mind since we will be doing stuff together outside in this lovely weather. Enjoy!

I am impressed with your organized supplies. Now I need the inspiration to do a bit of the same here, only with other kinds of ‘supplies’ and the numerous photographs printed from decades ago.
