What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday (WOYWW) is a fun peek at crafty desks and works in progress. Here’s an explanation from Stamping Ground of what WOYWW is. If there are any new friends visiting from that link-up… WELCOME!!
I have a lot going on, as you can plainly see. Even my sketchbook/to-do list is overflowing so I had to bring in another notebook.
Above, you can see two canvas boards that I started on Saturday morning that need some doodling and finishing touches. In the back are the greeting cards I ordered of my Journey canvas, just to see what they look like. Society 6 doesn’t put any text on the cards as far as I can tell… I wish I could put my name and blog url, but I love having them anyway. And I also ordered an iphone case made of another canvas. Fun fun! Oh and coffee.
On the left side are some tiny canvases I’m in the process of making just for fun with little self-care reminders because one of my goals this year is to put reminders around the house. I rarely have time to make something that isn’t connected to an e-course, so these are fun. Then there’s the SHINE letter art that I’m making for a friend for her Chanukah decorations and the letters for HOME that are waiting for some space so they can be coated with glossy mod podge. Remember when I made my CREATE sign? Well, I got so excited about it that I decided to make all kinds of word art and sell them… yeah, that was a lofty goal that came to not much. I still have all the letters and fun papers though, so perhaps soon I’ll do that. Never ever enough time for all these fun projects.
I still have the four little canvases I made last year with JOY on them in the Etsy shop, in case anyone wants them for their Xmas decor.
I had to expand my work area into the adjoining bathroom counter because I’m making two large canvases in my Bloom True class. (I am taking far too many e-courses right now, as usual.) This one, taught by the amazing Flora Bowley, is taking the most time, but Junelle’s Fall (The Art of Goodness) class begins next week, as does the Brené Brown/Oprah one. I am so in trouble. Good trouble, of course. 🙂
Thanks so much for peeking into my creative mess!
Wow you sure have a lot going on there…I’m going to lend you my word for this year…”focus”….very creative stuff.

Focus, huh? OK, I’ll take it!
I am excited for you that you have so many creative ideas.
Ideas have never been an issue. I never know where to begin! Thanks for reading, Patti. 🙂
